Refund Policy

The $35.00 registration (application fee) is non-refundable. If the student has received course material and elects to withdraw within fifteen(15) days after receiving those materials, the student will be charged a $25.00 withdrawal fee.

The signing of the final approval on the application is considered signing a contract with NGBTS. Fifteen days after receiving the study guide materials the student is liable for the entire amount of the program in which he or she enrolls.
